UNSPOKEN EVENTS Event Rules and Liability Waiver Attendee Agreement New England Cider Company Venue Event Overview Unspoken Events is operated by DD666 LLC, doing business as Unspoken Events and The Velvet Loft. This is a private, invitation-style gathering. By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have read and understand the rules below and agree that this document is a legally binding contract. Participation is voluntary. You may leave at any time. Hosts and security are present for general oversight and emergency assistance but do not supervise scenes or activities. EVENT RULES Awareness of Event Nature You acknowledge that activities within this private space may include BDSM-related conduct, explicit sexual activity, domination, submission, bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism, and other adult-themed interactions. Participation is voluntary. Prohibited Items and Conduct No illegal substances, weapons, or firearms Prostitution, solicitation, or negotiation of compensation for sexual services is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal Consent Expectations Consent must be explicit, verbal, and ongoing Consent may be withdrawn at any time Any violation of consent or unwanted touching will result in immediate removal Scene Etiquette Do not interfere with scenes unless invited Do not touch participants without consent Respect privacy and personal boundaries Authority of Hosts Hosts and security may stop any activity deemed unsafe or disruptive. Their decision is final. Recording Policy Photography, video, or audio recording is only permitted with explicit consent from all individuals involved. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY Premises Risk You acknowledge that the venue may include equipment, furniture, restraints, elevated platforms, flooring variations, dim lighting, and other environmental conditions that may present risks such as slipping, falling, impact injuries, or equipment-related injury. Medical Responsibility You confirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in any activities you choose to engage in. Unspoken Events does not provide medical supervision or safety training. Assumption of Risk You understand that activities may involve: Physical impact Exposure to bodily fluids Emotional intensity You accept all foreseeable risks, including injury, illness, allergic reactions, or psychological stress. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. LEGAL AGREEMENTS Release of Claims You release DD666 LLC, Unspoken Events, The Velvet Loft, property owners, landlords, employees, volunteers, security personnel, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, or liability arising from your participation or presence at the event. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above parties from any liability, damage, or costs resulting from your actions or participation. Arbitration Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the state where the event occurs. You waive the right to a jury trial and participation in class actions. Electronic Signature Agreement Electronic signatures submitted through digital forms or online agreements have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. ADDITIONAL TERMS Venue Notice This event is hosted at a privately owned venue operated independently from Unspoken Events. Participants acknowledge that the property owner and landlord are included in the liability release. Alcohol Policy Events may allow bring-your-own alcohol depending on event rules Unspoken Events does not sell or distribute alcohol No one under 21 may consume alcohol You are responsible for your own alcohol consumption Final Acknowledgment You confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age You have read and understood this agreement You voluntarily accept all terms outlined above
